Members Management

Manage team members and their access

Manage your team members and control their access to SmoothDeploy resources.

Adding Team Members

Inviting New Members

  1. Go to Members: Navigate to the members section
  2. Click Invite: Click the "Invite Member" button
  3. Enter Email: Add the member's email address
  4. Assign Role: Choose the appropriate role
  5. Send Invitation: Send the invitation email

Member Roles

  • Admin: Full organization access and control
  • Project Manager: Manage projects and team members
  • Tester: Create and run tests
  • Viewer: Read-only access to view results

Invitation Process

  • Email Invitation: Member receives invitation email
  • Account Setup: Member creates their account
  • Role Assignment: Automatic role assignment
  • Access Granted: Member can access assigned resources
