How to sign in, accept an invitation, and complete your profile
SmoothDeploy uses passwordless sign-in. You enter your email address and the app sends a one-time code to that address; you paste the code to complete authentication.
Sign in
Open SmoothDeploy. When you are not logged in, the sign-in page is shown automatically.
- Enter your Email address and click Send OTP.
- Check your inbox for a six-digit code.
- Enter the code in the One-Time Password (OTP) field and click Continue.
If you do not receive the code, click Didn't receive the code? Resend to send a new one.
After a successful sign-in the app navigates you to the home dashboard. If your account has no name set yet, you are taken to profile completion first (see below).
Accept an invitation
When an organization owner or admin invites you by email you receive an invitation link. Open the link.
The page shows the organization name and the email address the invitation was sent to. Click Accept invitation. On success the app redirects you to sign in.
If the link is expired or invalid the page shows "Invitation invalid or expired". Ask the person who invited you for a fresh link.
Profile completion
If you sign in and your account has no first or last name recorded, the app shows the profile completion page before continuing.

Fill in both fields and click Complete Profile. The app saves your name and navigates you to the home dashboard.
You can update your name at any time from the user menu. See Profile and Settings.
