Billing
Manage your subscription, view your plan limits, and switch billing periods
The Billing page shows your organization's current plan, parallel count, retention window, and subscription status. From here you can subscribe, switch from monthly to annual billing, end a trial early, or open the customer portal to update payment details.
Open the user menu in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar and click Billing. The page is only accessible to the owner role.
Plans
Pricing is per parallel per month. The tier is determined by how many parallels you subscribe to.
| Tier | Parallels | Monthly per parallel | Annual per parallel | Retention | Egress per run | Included egress/month |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1–5 | $350 | $315 | 30 days | 2 GB | 100 GB |
| Growth | 6–10 | $325 | $293 | 60 days | 3 GB | 300 GB |
| Scale | 11–20 | $300 | $270 | 90 days | 5 GB | 750 GB |
| Enterprise | 21+ | $275 | $248 | 90 days | 10 GB | 2,100 GB |
Annual billing saves 10% compared to the monthly rate. Self-serve checkout supports up to 20 parallels. For 21 or more, contact support@smoothdeploy.com.
Trial
New organizations start with a 14-day trial with 1 parallel available.
If you want to start paying before the trial expires, click Start Paid Plan Now. Confirm in the dialog; your trial ends immediately and you are charged for the number of parallels on your subscription.
Subscribing
If you have no active subscription:
- Choose Monthly or Annual using the toggle.
- Click Subscribe to open the checkout page.
You are redirected back to the app when checkout completes.
Switching to Annual Billing
If you are on a monthly subscription, the Switch to Annual (save 10%) button appears. Clicking it applies the switch immediately; the current period is prorated and the annual discount takes effect on the next billing cycle.
Customer Portal
Click Manage Subscription to open the customer portal in a new tab. From there you can update your payment method, change your parallel quantity, view invoices, and cancel.
After making changes in the portal, click Refresh Status to reload the subscription details on the page.

When a Subscription Lapses
If the subscription reaches an expired, paused, or unpaid state, or a cancelled state after the paid period has ended, a banner appears across the top of the app. A cancelled subscription keeps full access until the end of the period already paid for.
Actions are blocked when the subscription lapses
Creating and editing tests, running tests, managing schedules, secrets, tags, and config presets are rejected until the subscription is renewed, in the console and through the API. Existing tests and run results remain viewable.
To renew, go to the Billing page and click Subscribe (or Resume Subscription if the subscription was recently cancelled and is still within its paid period).
